Your backyard kept us plenty entertained. A deer welcomed our first
morning and a family of raccoons visited us in the evening. Hiking
through Licoln National Forest was a breathtaking experience. We
also enjoyed roasting hotdogs by the campfire in 22 degree weather.

playing cards, eating, shopping, listening to music, laughing, and

This has been one of the most wonderful trips of my life. We
watched birds and saw the biggest jays we have ever seen. You have a
real treasure in this cabin and its location. The views are
breathtaking and the sky was so blue. We created a lot of memories

with us. The kids all went into the woods and were amazed by the
sheer size of it all. When we travel, we always rent cabins or stay
in B&Bs and I must say this is by far the nicest home we have ever

What a treasure staying at Bear Ridge Lodge has been--We even saw
bears! Each day we were here we took hikes and the first day we
spotted a very large bear about 40ft up in a tree. The cabin is well
names, we couldnt have much more fun.
