POLICIES
Reservations
Regular prices are:
$210 per night on weekdays
$295 per night on weekends and summer
$350 per night on holiday weekends and Christmas
Spring Special:
Book Six Nights, Get one additional night free
To receive this special offer, please call us for reservations.
* There is a two night minimum reservation (Holiday weekends require
reserving the entire weekend)
* There is a five night minimum on Christmas (Weekly special
does not
apply over Christmas)
* Reservation prices are for up to 8 guests. After 8 guests there is
a
charge of $10/day per guest. Must be 25 or older to make a reservation.
(There is no charge for children under five years)
Customer Satisfaction
It is our goal to provide each of our guests with a wonderful stay
at Bear Ridge Log Cabin. We want you to be completely satisfied with
your vacation. If at any point during your stay you feel we have not
met your needs, please contact us.
Cancellation
• If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled
check-in date a full refund will be made minus a $75 processing
fee.
• If the reservation is cancelled within the 30 days prior to the
scheduled check-in date and the home is re-rented for the same
number of nights, a full refund will be made minus a $75 processing
fee. If the reservation is cancelled between 5-30 days prior
to the scheduled check-in and not re-rented, a credit is given to re-book
for the same number of paid nights during the non-peak season.
Credits are honored for an entire year after the original scheduled
arrival date.
• If a reservation is cancelled less than 5 days prior to check-in, there is no refund or credit.
Payment
Full payment is required at time of reservation. We accept VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You are responsible for
the following check-in/checkout procedures and leaving Bear Ridge
Log Cabin in acceptable condition. In the event of a violation of
this agreement, you understand and authorize Bear Ridge Log Cabin to
debit and process your credit card for the necessary charges.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 4:00pm. Checkout is at 11:00am. A key will be left in
a lock box for check-in. Before departing, you will be asked to
empty the refrigerator, wash the dishes, place trash in the proper
receptacles, and secure the cabin.
Pets
Small well-mannered and housebroken dogs are permitted for a $25 fee
per pet.
We ask that guests with pets to please
1) Keep your pet with you at all times (do not leave your dog alone
in the home),
2) Do not allow dogs on the beds or couches
3) Dry off and wipe paws before entering the home
4) Dispose of all poop in trash cans. 5) Have a great time on the
trails.
No Smoking
Our cabin is completely non-smoking.
National Forest
In instances of extreme fire danger, the Forest Service may close
Lincoln National Forest. Renters during this time would not be able
to have camp fires or hike on trials. We do not offer refunds due to Forest
closure.
